Riyaadh is a programme director at Krutham, responsible for the Jobs Boost Outcomes Fund. This outcomes fund supports employment creation interventions through a pay-for-performance funding mechanism.
Riyaadh has 16 years of experience in the social development sector primarily focused on education, sustainable livelihoods and job creation. Prior to joining Krutham, he was the thought leadership manager at Trialogue, a social investment specialist at Tshikululu Social Investments and the head of operations at Brighter Futures.
Riyaadh holds a BCom in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education Management.
