Chosi is a performance analyst at Krutham for the Jobs Boost Outcomes Fund. This outcomes fund supports employment creation interventions through a pay-for-performance funding mechanism.
Chosi has eight years of experience in the social development and impact investing sectors. She has extensive experience implementing and managing strategic and systematic social investment initiatives for private and public partnerships primarily focused on education, community strengthening, sustainable livelihoods, skills development and youth development. Prior to joining Krutham, she was a social investment analyst at Tshikululu Social Investments and a researcher and junior researcher at Kelello and JET Education Services.
Chosi holds a BA in International Relations and Media from the University of the Witwatersrand and an Honours in International Relations and Politics from the University of Johannesburg, which has cemented her commitment to driving high-impact socioeconomic development in South Africa and across the globe. Chosi is a member of Young Leaders Connect (YLC), an organisation committed to nurturing the next generation of women leaders.
