The first two SIBs in SA were launched in 2018: Bonds4Jobs and the Impact Bond Innovation Fund (IBIF). Intellidex has  now produced a series of reports that analyse the two SIBs and the general features of SIBs. You can download the “Social Impact Bonds in South Africa” report below, which summarises the experience of the two South African SIBs and speculates about the future of these innovative financial instruments and their potential to spur wider social change.
