This report serves as a basis for discourse on the strategy to address future transformation in South Africa. It is the first attempt to measure the level of transformation across all industries and is an important project because, while transformation is happening, industry players believe it is too slow. This report not only reflects SA’s progress on a sectoral and national level, it also highlights and analyses issues that are impeding transformation, with proposal on the way forward.
The research covers the five main scorecard elements, then focuses on the sector codes and issues specific to each sector are highlighted.
