With over 30 years of experience across operations, finance, and strategic leadership, Adela will drive Krutham’s operational efficiency and support its ambitious growth plans.
Adela joins Krutham with a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors, having held senior positions at organisations such as South Point Management Services and the Joburg Market. She has worked both in financial management and operations management, leading teams to deliver exceptional performance. She has also worked in consulting, most recently as a strategic consultant and at Pristine Benefit Consulting.

Adela holds an MBA from Milpark Business School and a BCom from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is also a Chartered Secretary (ACIS) and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
