“There’s a huge agenda still outstanding of electricity reforms. We’re waiting to see a national wheeling framework come out and the market code that we are about to see later this year in forming the electricity market. We’re also waiting for reforms in the electricity distribution industry, which are being worked on. All of these are necessary. So there’s a lot of hard work ahead,” says Attard Montalto.
