“We need an agreement that is not only expressed in terms of SONA but in terms of the medium-term strategic framework of the government. This agreement should outline how they will address issues such as NHI and BELA and manage an election campaign where Fikile Mbalula and Helen Zille will be going at each other’s throats in a structured way without causing chaos in the government. Additionally, it should address how this agreement can continue after the President’s term,” says Attard Montalto.
