Boitumelo Motsepe is the human resource manager at Krutham. Her key focus areas are in talent management and acquisition, career development and complex employee relations.
Before joining Krutham, she was the group human resource manager at Sakhumnotho Group Holding and worked as the human resources generalist at BP. She developed a wealth of experience within the human resources fraternity as a business partner and recruitment specialist for over 15 years.
She obtained her BCom with honours in human resource management and services from the University of the Witwatersrand.
